Muan is a vibrant Thai vegan restaurant located in the bustling Brixton Village Market, aiming to bring the lively street vibe of Thailand to this dynamic London locale. The concept focuses on blending authentic Thai street food culture with a contemporary dining experience, complemented by a selection of organic wines.

Given the unique nature of the space and its historical context, we adhered to specific heritage regulations while crafting a functional and operationally efficient layout. The design incorporates welcoming elements that evoke the warmth and charm of Thailand.

Attention to detail was paramount, with décor meticulously sourced from Thailand to ensure authenticity. The design also pays homage to the owner's family heritage, incorporating personal touches inspired by the owner's mother’s home plates. This blend of genuine Thai elements and personal history creates a cohesive and inviting atmosphere that honour the essence of the restaurant's original concept.
